It is one thing to carry and transport a heavy load, it is another thing to lift it high up into an 8 ft rack, but a server lift can do this. Because of the usefulness of server lifts, people doing the manual lifting are spared from lower back injuries, and data center equipment is spared from potential damage caused by accident due to human error. A server lift’s frame is constructed from sturdy iron angle bars that form a tough cage or tower. These steel cages secures the heavy servers, and other sensitive equipment like UPSs and batteries during transport and deployment.
